Proxy Form:  We are pleased to offer the option of submitting your 2025 Proxy vote online.  The Proxy Form and the below link will be live between July 8 and August 9.  Starting July 8, you can click on the below link, complete the Proxy form and submit it.  You will receive a confirmation email and your Proxy vote will be recorded in our system.  Please submit only one Proxy per voting member, even if you plan to attend the meeting in person.
